The Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics Personalized Education Plan (PEP)1 has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group silver award for excellence in the “Best in Extended Enterprise Learning Program” category. The company is being honored, along with the other award winners, at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM (Human Capital Management) Excellence Conference 2014 (January 28-30).
The industry’s first virtual, single source education solution for life-long learning, PEP is offered as part of Siemens Customer Care program. Through PEP, laboratory professionals can easily access, plan, and track a broad portfolio of educational offerings, from product-specific and disease-specific courses and webinars, to general laboratory practices, like quality control. Each individual can customize a plan relevant to their job and to advance their professional development.
In addition, the PEP solution includes an integrated administrative site, PEP-Administrator2, where laboratory directors or supervisors can assign, manage and track the competencies of their staff.
