1) How do I schedule on-site training that may be included in my Power Pack?
a. On-site training is scheduled based on customer request and Clinical Education Specialist availability. Lead times vary by modality and demand. Please plan accordingly. You are encouraged to contact us as soon as you identify the need for onsite training so we can begin our planning and preparation to ensure a successful session.
b. Please email us at email@example.com or call 1-888-221-8010 to speak with a modality specific, onsite training Education Project Specialist.
2) Is there a cancellation penalty if I cancel scheduled training?
a. If training is canceled less than 14 calendar days before the scheduled date, you will forfeit your training session. No refunds will be granted.
