Siemens Medical Academy web-based subscriptions are a convenient way to receive continuing education credits and sharpen your skill sets. Enroll up to 75 users annually.
1) Where can I get access to the Web-Based Trainings once I’ve purchased a Power Pack?
a.Shortly after your Siemens Education Power Pack purchase, our Virtual Project Specialist will reach out to your facility to obtain the names of the users who should have access to Web-Based Training. You may also contact the Virtual Education Project Specialist at email@example.com or call 1-888-221-8010.
b. Web-Based Trainings are available on our learning management system, Siemens Medical Academy (SMA).
c. The Virtual EPS will also provide you with all the pertinent information needed to register and engage in the on-line training, including our Clinical Education Offering Guide and a step-by-step guide for course registration.
2) How do I register for individual WBT’s that are part of my Power Pack?

1) How do I register for the Innovations for Imaging option that is included in my Power Pack?
a. Innovations for Imaging registration normally opens in early March. Innovations for Imaging is normally a sell-out event, so we encourage you to register as soon as possible.
b. You can place your name on the pre-registration list by emailing us at edupowerpacks.healthcare@ siemens.com or call 1-888-221-8010.
Pre-registration customers must finalize their registration 60 days in advance or their seats will be released.
2) Is there a cancellation penalty if I cancel my Innovations registration.
a. Yes, if registration is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled Innovations event date, you will forfeit your registration benefit. No refunds will be granted. If you need to cancel a registration, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 1-888-221-8010.
