Optimizing 3D Workflow of Fusion, iPilot, and iGuide (WBT 30 min)
All Siemens employees and all Siemens customers.
Radiologic Technologists and Clinicians will learn techniques in order to optimize 3D workflow for improved outcomes when using Fusion, iPilot and iGuide. Identification of the proper icons on the Syngo X-workplace for Fusion, iGuide, iPilot Live and Dynamic Options will be explained. Query of CT/MR images from PACs and importing images to the Syngo X-workplace for Fusion will be reviewed. Utilizing 3D low dose acquisition for Fusion will be explained. Description of loading secondary 3D volumes and manual adjustment registration of images for Fusion will be described and identification of fused 3D volumes will be discussed. “How to” steps for performing iGuide will be reviewed. The differences of iPilot Live and iPilot Dynamic will be discussed.
syngo InSpace 3D/3D Fusion
Multimodality Fusion supports enhanced embolization results and provides additional information such as tumor activity directly in the interventional suite. syngo InSpace 3D/3D Fusion provides full anatomical information for puncture procedures or embolization procedures by taking existing diagnostic data (e.g. PET CT) and fusing it with syngo DynaCT images. The existing diagnostic data can then be overlaid with the live fluoroscopy image. This web-based training course will review the steps to incorporate Fusion into your daily workflow.
3D Reconstruction of the Coronary Vessels for Stenosis Evaluation: IC3D
This 3D reconstruction presentation will provide detailed discussion on the IC3D system which obtains comprehensive diagnostic information of coronary vessel stenosis without altering the basic cardiac cath procedure. The system is designed for real-time diagnosis, data collection, and effective presentation of information by processing and quantitatively analyzing the standard imaging views.

The class will include an introduction to the concept of 3D and the prerequisites for image acquisition and optimal image quality. Basic 3D image manipulation, VOI punching, bookmarking, and documentation to film/PACS will be reviewed.
syngo® Workplace Basic
This virtual instructor-led e.class, will introduce the participants to the syngo® user interface. An introduction to the syngo browser and the role of different specialized task cards relative to the different modalities supported will also be discussed. Multi-modality image review in the Viewing task card, basic post-processing of angiographic images in the Angio task card, as well as Angio long leg display in the composing task card will be reviewed. This course will also include a review of image retrieval and archival to film/CD/PACS.
This virtual instructor-led e.class will review the technique to reconstruct CT like images from projection images acquired in a DR-Dynavision or Dynavision rotational angiography run. Post-processing of the dataset including modifying slice thickness, creating ranges, and sending images to PACS will be reviewed.
