EMIT II Plus LSD AssayAccurately detect lysergic acid diethylamide

The EMIT II LSD Assay is intended for the qualitative and semiquantitative determination of lysergic acid diethylamide in human urine at a cutoff level of 0.5 ng/mL.

Features & Benefits

LSD is the most potent and studied hallucinogen. It disrupts normal brain functioning by affecting serotonin, producing vivid hysterical behavior. Flashbacks are a recurrence of the hallucinations that can occur weeks, months, or even years after the last dose.

The EMIT II LSD Assay provides:

  • High sensitivity to major LSD metabolites
  • Excellent precision—all within-lab (total) CVs ≤0.6% or less across the assay range
  • 98% correlation with reference method (RIA)

Applications are available for the Viva-Jr®, Viva-E®, Viva-ProE®, V-Twin® drug testing systems and AU® Series analyzers.
