Innovations ’13 for Imaging Symposium

This month, more than 1,000 imaging managers, technologists and related clinical professionals descended on the Hill Country of San Antonio, Texas, for Innovations ’13 for Imaging. The annual education symposium is designed to meet the comprehensive educational needs of our customers. Attendees had the opportunity to walk away with stronger peer-to-peer networks, education credits and practical knowledge on how to improve their workflows and much more.

New for this year were two specialized tracks, one for managers and one for professionals. In the Innovations for Imaging Managers Program, supervisors enhanced their skills through interactive sessions with experts from Siemens and Disney Institute. The Innovations for Imaging Professionals Program aims to equip supervisors, technologists and other clinical professionals with the tools and knowledge they need to maximize the use of their Siemens imaging equipment. Together, these programs help improve the level of care delivered to patients.

All told, Innovations ‘13 for Imaging offered more than 110 highly informative education sessions addressing hot industry topics. (Click here to see an overview of the entire conference.)

Even after Innovations ’13, there are several ways to receive training and get the most out of your equipment. A Siemens Customized Education Plan (CEP) is built around your specific uses of each machine, delivering a tailored plan to match your staff education needs. Siemens Education Power PacksTM let you choose the education delivery method that is right for you. Whether that is e-learning courses, classroom sessions, on-site training, education consulting or a mix of all of them, Power Packs offer educational training that fits your schedule.

If you were unable to join us this year, we hope to see you at Innovations ’14 for Imaging, planned for July in Orlando, Florida.
