Guardian and ImageGuard
How it works:
1. Operational data is collected from the Molecular Imaging system and is assessed via the Siemens Remote Service for diagnostics.
2. If system parameters deviate from defined critical an automatic alert is sent to our Regional Headquarter Centers for further evaluation. A Customer Care Center representative may notify the institution of a potential issue and remotely assist them.
3. If immediate action is recommended or required, a proactive service visit will be scheduled to avert unplanned workflow interruptions.
4. For all scheduled service visits, the Siemens engineer is given a plan of action - including data related to operational issues that have been detected and assessed via SRS - keeping onsite service time to a minimum.
