Siemens created a Compliance System that helps to ensure that our business operates in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal principles and rules. It is a comprehensive system of activities divided into three action levels:

This hotline is accessible by phone or online, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and is available in more than 150 languages. All incoming reports are confidential and subject to very high data-security standards. Reports are anonymous and handled immediately.
Retaliation for reporting is illegal and against company policy, and will not be tolerated.
